Cute and artsy cover, fellow Filipino author (I'm not an author, I wish I am, but not yet. The fellow is for the Filipino :D) and the "MARRY ME". Who could say not to that? Certainly not me!

You are cordially invited to the wedding of the year!

Nellie Canlas loves her job. She loves being assistant to reality TV star and wedding planner goddess, the fabulous Charlotte Bertram, and she loves working with couples to make their wedding dreams come true. What she doesn’t love is having cameras following her all the time, especially when she’s crushing hard on the lawyer from another floor.

Robert Bertram doesn’t like planning weddings. He doesn’t like being on TV either. But when he finds himself in possession of Nellie’s diary, he thinks he can turn her into anyone’s dream girl. If he doesn’t fall for her first.

Okay, I always start my reviews by saying I am in love, and once again my dear friends, I am. Even in a short span of this short story, you just can't help but be in love with Robbie ♡ such a charming cutiepie and I so want him. Hihi, now that I've professed already, I can go on to my other points. Haha.

Two thumbs up for the art cover of this book, so artsy and so pretty and so cutie. I really love it and I can't say it enough just to get the message across that I am in love with the book cover.

The title is a bit misleading, though, if you haven't read the synopsis. *Guilty* Yep, guilty as charged. I did not read the synopsis that is why I was shocked at how things are turning out as the story progresses. I was like "Huh? Nellie? I thought this is about Charlotte!" Haha, I don't understand. But despite that, I love the chemistry between Rob and Nellie and I would have wished it longer though.

I give this 4 roses because I wasn't satisfied with the ending, but then again, the important thing is the ride, right? But I just know that it could have been better and it could have been longer for more Rob-Nellie moments. Hihi :")

For those of you finding a light read with wedding bells and romance and reality tv show and those kind of stuff, I recommend this book and you'll surely devour it in a span of 1-2 hours.

Carla de Guzman ( had horrible handwriting as a kid. That didn't stop her from writing, though. Riddled with too much energy and a vivid imagination, she started writing every midnight. She grew up with her toes in the sand and her bags packed and ready to go on adventures. These books are chronicles of her journeys, with a silly love story mixed in.

When she’s not sitting in a plane or working, Carla writes for her blog, Some Midnights (, Modern Filipina and for When in Manila.
